Shipping policy

FREE GROUND SHIPPING:

We proudly offer free shipping to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) from our warehouses in Los Angeles and New Jersey. We always process shipments the next business day. Shipping time for free shipping is typically 15-30 business days within the United States. This includes standard delivery services without the use of a forklift.

FORKLIFT SERVICE INCLUDED

Please note that orders for excavators and skid-steer loaders include forklift service for unloading. There is no need to arrange your own forklift — we will provide one to ensure safe and efficient unloading.

ORDERS:

Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day.

Series orders ship via LTL within 4 business days (M–F). Tracking info will update once your order is picked up.

We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.
